The Fitness Centers of The MAC and East Hills cover about 40,000 square feet and have over 178 different pieces of strength training equipment. Over 116 cardiovascular machines are linked to our cardio theater sound and television system. We feature top of the line equipment . Our strength equipment is, well, a major strength!

Meet our Personal Trainers!

Once considered a luxury, Personal Training has become an absolute necessity for anyone interested in seeing results quickly and safely. Personal Trainers work with your individual needs to create a plan for success. Whether you are planning to run your first 5k, or you have a health condition that requires you to have a supervised exercise routine, our Personal Training Staff can assist you with all your needs.

All of our trainers have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Health Science field as well as a nationally recognized certification. Many have additional training in specialties such as:

  • Performance Enhancement Training
  • Diabetes & Exercise
  • Cancer & Exercise
  • Prenatal/Postpartum Conditioning
  • Post Rehabilitation
  • Myofascial Stretching
  • Medical Massage Therapy

Members Rates:

Jump Start

Welcome New Members!
Congratulations on making the decision to invest in your health and wellness. As Fitness Professionals, it is our job to ensure that you begin your exercise program with the right tools. Jump Start is a program that allows for new members to meet with a Certified Personal Trainer to learn how to use the Fitness Center and get you started in the right direction.

Your Certified Personal Trainer will meet with you to discuss your health and exercise history, help you to determine your goals and set a plan for success. On your second appointment, your trainer will instruct you on proper lifting techniques and get you started in the right direction.

*Because we feel that it is important to get started quickly, we do ask that you schedule your 2 sessions as soon as possible. Sessions must be used within 3 months of join date.

Blood Pressure Screenings

Free blood pressure screenings are available in the lobby across from the Welcome Center at The MAC and East Hills. No sign up required, just show up. Free to all members!
